I have been working with Franklin and WBM for over one year (starting at the end of 2019). We had been using another TEM provider for over five years. That TEM provider had an offshore group doing the analysis and reporting. It was frustrating to have that time delay and often, must wait several days for an answer to a query, adjust costs or get a report delivered. WBM is always accessible by phone or email and prompt to reply within the hour. This is an important benefit when trying to accomplish the many tasks required in a typical week.
