I have been working with Franklin and WBM for over one year (starting at the end of 2019). We had been using another TEM provider for over five years. That TEM provider had an offshore group doing the analysis and reporting. It was frustrating to have that time delay and often, must wait several days for an answer to a query, adjust costs or get a report delivered. WBM is always accessible by phone or email and prompt to reply within the hour. This is an important benefit when trying to accomplish the many tasks required in a typical week.  Working with WBM on company cellular policies and procedures has been invaluable leading to cost savings and employee satisfaction. We rely on their expertise and experience to guide us in the right direction. Once direction has been set, WBM is self-managing. Monthly reporting is clear and understandable. Savings in the first month exceeded $74K. We are tracking close to $1M in annual savings. This is a 35% savings over the old TEM vendor. We have used these savings to not only show value from this partnership but to also get funding for other IT projects approved based on the savings we will return. WBM has access to our Help Desk and resolves all cellular related issues, additions and terminations. WBM is a true extension of my department and saves us on head count that would otherwise have to deal with these requests. WBM also manages our order processing/activation assistance, ports, liability transfers, software implementation/management, terminations and repurposes lines making sure we have no Early Termination Fees.  The WBM relationship is one that Hubbell values highly and will continue to expand on.
